Ryan was awarded the State of Utah Young Entrepreneur award in 1996. He has been published in the Utah Career Guide, Desert News, The Salt Lake Tribune, and KSL Channel 5 TV. He has also been featured as a guest speaker for all Utah teachers. Ryan has started, operated, and sold two profitable Utah corporations. Ryan holds a bachelors degree in marketing and management. Ryan was accepted into the prestigious MIT University Entrepreneurial Master Program. Only 60 Entrepreneurial worldwide are accepted annually in to this exclusive program annualy. Ryan began his career in real estate by working in the mortgage industry. Ryan was nominated for Real Estate Rookie of the year his first year in business by the Salt Lake Board of Realtors. Ryan is a member of the Multiple Listing Service, The Salt Lake Board of Realtors as well as the Utah association of Realtors and in good standing with the Division of Real Estate for the State of Utah. He has vast experience in real estate transactions. Ryan holds a Mortgage Lender License in the State of Utah as well as a Real Estate License. Ryan is the owner of a Utah Real Estate Brokerage Firm. Ryan is a portfolio Manager for a private 10 million dollar portfolio of money for the past 5 years. Ryan has underwritten, prepared and approved closing documents, and funded hundreds of loans. In addition Ryan has foreclosed, completed short sales and work out plans, and liquidation of properties in this portfolio. This portfolio still retains a record of NO losses taken year over year. Ryan has had first hand experience in completing short sales. Ryan has completed hundreds of short sales in his career and is actively working over 40 short sales at one time. Ryan has been featured as a speaker with the head of the Loss Mitigation department for Wells Fargo and Bank of America, the largest loan servicers in the world. Ryan has managed a loan portfolio and has first hand experience in short sales from the lenders perspective. Ryan’s real estate company won Best of State 2009, one of Utah’s most prestigious awards. Ryan is the President of SaveUtahHomes.com a Short Sale and loan modification company that helps homeowners behind on house payment. This company won Best of State 2009, one of Utah’s most prestigious award. Ryan manages an extensive real estate rental portfolio specializing in single family homes. Ryan is a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization www.eonetwork.org. This global organization is a network of business owners with combined revenue in excess of 20 Billion. Ryan participated on the Utah Chapter Board and directs and leads this organization as the Forum Chair and the New Member Representative. Ryan has been featured on K-Talk 630 AM radio The Voice of Utah station as an expert in Real Estate. Ryan is an author and a speaker on many aspects of real estate. Ryan enjoys boating and being on the water with friends. Ryan has successfully completed several triathlons largest of which was a half iron man. Ryan will be completing in the 2009 Tempe Full Ironman. Ryan most recently competed in a 24 hour endurance relay that for the benefit of Kids with learning disabilities. Ryan resides in Herriman Utah and is married to his lovely wife Hillaree who is a real estate broker.
